The Derby closes with a rounded leather tab. Inside, stacked card pockets sit alongside a central zip compartment and a separate flap pocket.

An inner panel folds out to reveal another section of the wallet. Stitching traces the edges of the tab and the pocket openings, while a small Belford England mark sits near the bottom of the front.
